Your dietary counseling program is designed towards your total wellbeing. Sharon listens carefully, and will help you steer clear of diet and nutrition misinformation, to determine practical changes that really work for you. The program will begin with an assessment of your current level of health at physical and emotion levels, along with any medications, etc. and a record of your food intake which may show causations of weight problems, food cravings, mood and energy levels and food interactions. Sharon will work with you to explore concerns specific to you and your body, then discover the tools together towards a lifetime of balance and healthy eating.
